Cave Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a friendly and professional Client Care Associate to join their team based in West Buckland, Wellington. This position is a part-time position working 25 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends. Fixed-term contract end date is 31/03/2026. The role of Client Care Associate will give you the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills in a veterinary hospital as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance. Greeting clients, and their pets, with a friendly and helpful manner Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations Day to day administrative duties.
