Our client is looking for a Finishing Manager to join their Production Team.
The Candidate must be:

Ability to make timely decisions which are sound and well thought through
Responsibilities will include:
Planning and Scheduling a busy multi shift team to achieve tight deadlines across a variety of work
Managing, the team and the processes that ensure customers’ requirements are achieved
Requirements for the role:
Experience of managing, leading and developing a large team
Experience of planning and implementing.
A minimum of three years perfect binding experience.
