Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Construction Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Payroll Clerk for 3-6 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Payroll Clerk to assist them for 3-6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
* Processing Weekly Payroll and Weekly Expenses
* Monthly Payroll
* Monthly Expenses
* Import Expenses (monthly) for Home Allowances
* Timesheet vs People HR updates (Sick/Annual leave)
* Monthly apprentice journal
* New starters onboarding (Sage, NetSuite, Vitality, YuLife, Denplan, Pension provider)
* Timesheet Chasing, including verifying hours, sick etc.
* Posting Timesheets
* Monthly Pension payment
* Monthly PAYE, CIS payments
* Monthly EPS
* Yearly P11Ds
* Process tax information (P45s, P60s)
* Vehicle information reporting
* Data entry using the accounting package Netsuite.
* Matching payments to invoices via Netsuite.
* All Direct Debit related invoices have been received and processed for the month.
* Processing of some internal revenue journals.
* Any other financial activities as dictated by the FC/FD
* Any ad-hoc as needed
Profile:
The successful temporary Payroll Clerk will have 2+ years in Payroll.
