Responsibilities
* Support the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and monitor the wellbeing of residents.
* Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement, monitor and undertake monthly evaluations.
* Assist residents with medication requirements as needed.
* Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives and visitors, and for health and social care professionals; respond to reasonable requests and escalate concerns or complaints as appropriate.
About You

* NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Two years’ experience in a similar care environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
* Flexible and responsive to cover a range of responsibilities.
