Vehicle Preparation Centre Leader required in Avonmouth. SALARY: Up to £70-80,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience) with access to bonuses/overtime. HOURS: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour days between the opening hours 6:00am-6:00pm. Reporting to and working very closely with our client's senior management team, you will have leadership and budgetary responsibility for their group vehicle preparation centre, made up of 60+ staff, including cosmetic, mechanical, valeting and site operations. You will also have management of 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders.
