About the job W11 Deployment - Devon/Cornwall/Dorset
We have a new Windows 11 project due to commence very soon, and we are looking for Windows 11 Engineers to provide on-site support as part of the project across Exeter, Plymouth, Winfrith, and additional sites within the area. This will be 4 months, and starting immediately.
You will also need to have active (and not lapsed) NPPV3 clearance n order to be considered for this position.
The Role:
* Providing On-Site Support (Floor Walking): Daily presence across multiple sites to handle incidents and provide support to users.
* Device Replacement & Stock Management: Secure swap-outs, retrieval, logging, and chain-of-custody for all IT assets.
* Reporting & Coordination: Daily activity logs, incident reports, and coordination with the Project Manager.
The Person:
* Previous, demonstratable experience in a similar W11 deployment/Support/Floorwalking role.
* Currently obtains active NPPV3 Clearance
* Happy to travel to different sites within the region and has a UK driving licence, with vehicle.
