We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead growth for our cutting-edge Early Years SaaS platform - purpose-built for nurseries, preschools, and childcare providers across the UK.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Drive Revenue Growth - Own and exceed sales targets in a booming £40B+ sector
Build & Lead Teams - Recruit and develop high-performing sales professionals
Shape Strategy - Define go-to-market approaches for nurseries, MATs, and local authorities
Network & Present - Represent us at key industry events and deliver compelling pitches
Make Impact - Help transform how early years providers operate and engage with families
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
8+ years SaaS sales experience with 3-5 years in leadership
Deep early years knowledge - EYFS frameworks, funding models, sector challenges
Proven EdTech success - scaling revenue in education/childcare sectors
CRM expertise - HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Presentation skills - confident with PowerPoint and client-facing pitches
UK travel flexibility - for meetings, events, and conferences
THE PACKAGE:
Up to £70k base salary
£40k bonus potential (OTE)
Hybrid working (2 days remote, 3 days office)
