Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you’ll do

The Project Delivery Services team within Vodafone Business Technology Solutions delivers services and solutions to our Enterprise customers. The Customer PMO Manager is a key leadership role, aligned directly to a large, complex customer-facing programme or portfolio where multiple programmes and projects are being delivered.

The Customer PMO Manager collaborates directly with counterparts within the customer organisation to enhance programme and project delivery. This is achieved through the application and development of delivery processes, project and programme governance, project consultation, reporting, and the monitoring of PMO-established KPIs.

The Customer PMO Manager demonstrates the effectiveness of the delivery method and governance regime within the local remit, providing insights, recommendations, and support to VBTS UK senior leadership teams. They are a strong leader with advanced experience in all facets of PMO, including capacity and demand planning, RAID, financial, information and change management, programme planning and mobilisation, management reporting, governance frameworks, quality and assurance, P3M tooling and feedback surveys (NPS).

Who you are

1. Exceptional organisational and communication skills with acute attention to detail and proactive approach
2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, find solutions and make decisions.
3. Excellent reporting and analytical skills and strong cross functional working capabilities
4. Proven leadership ability to guide and motivate teams towards shared objectives
5. Demonstrated strategic “big picture” thinking and resilience in a demanding customer facing environment
6. Able to anticipate and manage conflicts effectively, assisting parties in reaching mutually agreeable solutions
7. Qualifications in PMO/Project Management – P30, Prince 2 or other recognised certification in these disciplines.
8. Experience working in a customer facing role.
