Sales Consultant New Homes Development - St. Neots £34,000 base salary + £22,000 commission (OTE £56,000)
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at our development in St. Neots.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our business at our St. Neots site, guiding potential homebuyers through their property journey from initial inquiry to completion. You'll showcase our homes, build strong relationships with customers, and play a vital role in achieving our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage visitors to the sales office and show homes
* Conduct viewings and presentations of available properties
* Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their needs
* Guide customers through the sales process from reservation to completion
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
* New homes sales experience is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
* Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
* Ability to work weekends (1 in 4 weekends off)
