The Role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our fast-paced Workshop Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an administration background or a passion for learning new skills. You will be instrumental in supporting our Workshop Manager and ensuring the efficient running of our vehicle fleet.
Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, giving you a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Fleet Management: Assist in maintaining our Fleet Database and KPI systems, including scheduling essential vehicle maintenance, MOTs, and safety inspections.
* Administrative Support: Manage the purchase order system, track returned items, and support various general administrative tasks.
* Job Coordination: Raise and update job cards, monitoring the progress of jobs on our management system.
* Data Entry & Systems: Utilise Google Workspace with a strong emphasis on Google Sheets, to update and record information, including the hours of our Workshop Engineers.
* Communication & Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, handling fleet enquiries via phone, email, and in person. You will also communicate effectively with other departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
* Stock Monitoring: Actively monitor and record stock levels.
