Healthii People are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to support a friendly and well-established GP Practice in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care within a primary care environment.
Provide general treatment room duties including wound care, immunisations and vaccinations
Conduct long-term condition reviews such as asthma, COPD and diabetes (depending on competency)
Support health promotion and screening programmes
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient care
Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
Previous experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
Confident in core nursing duties including chronic disease management, cytology and immunisations
Up to £24 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time or part-time hours available
Ad-hoc, ongoing or long-term placements to suit your availability
