What you’ll do
As a Team Leader, your role goes beyond managing shifts. You will:
* Ensure smooth operations during busy periods
* Train and certify new Baristas
* Drive success within your team
* Create new recipes to energize your team
* Maintain high standards, from quality espresso to coffee excellence scores
