Hours: Monday–Friday

Contract: Minimum 3 months (strong potential for long-term work – 2–3 years

Pay Method: CIS / Ltd Company

Overview 🚢
We are currently seeking an experienced Planner to support a major engineering programme within the defence sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, high-profile project with strong extension potential and the possibility of permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities 📋
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
* Coordinate planning activities across engineering and delivery teams
* Track progress against programme milestones
* Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints
* Support reporting requirements for internal stakeholders
* Ensure planning outputs align with project delivery objectives
Requirements ✅
* 3–5 years’ experience in a planning role (engineering, infrastructure, marine, or defence environments desirable)
* Strong scheduling and coordination skills
* Proficiency in Project Office (essential)
* Experience supporting structured project timelines
* Confident communicator able to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
* Able to work full-time onsite in Portsmouth
