QA Specialist – Food Manufacturing
Location: North East Lincolnshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 5 days on site, 6-2pm

I am supporting a leading food manufacturer in the seafood sector who are looking to add an experienced QA Specialist to their growing technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and GMP principles to join a forward-thinking business committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain quality systems across all stages of production
* Carry out routine inspections, audits, and sampling
* Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards
* Support traceability, documentation, and product specifications
* Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements
* Deliver training and guidance on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience in QA or Technical roles within food manufacturing
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
* Comfortable working in chilled production areas
