What skills and experience we're looking for The Ruth Gorse Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague for the role of Attendance & Welfare Officer. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy, the successful candidate will be expected to analyse and identify student absences and take appropriate action to support students back into the Academy. The ideal applicant will have: • GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. • Knowledge and understanding of key government legislation surrounding attendance. • A full, clean driving licence What the school offers its staff As a trust, we want to ensure that professionals at every stage in their career have the opportunity to enjoy expert support and training.
