About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in driving organisational change whilst also delivering hands-on operational HR support. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational HR delivery, supporting leaders through transformation and ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, absence, and casework.
2. Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
3. Deliver operational HR support, working closely with line managers across the full employee lifecycle.
4. Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and measure the impact of change and HR interventions.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching and guiding them through both strategic and operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For
6. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced,plex environment.
7. Strong background in change management and organisational restructuring.
8. Hands-on experience in operational HR delivery, including case management and policy application.
9. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
10. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
