Role Details
* Title: Community Care Worker
* Location: Christchurch
* Pay: £13.97 – £16.69 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care, including:
* Personal Care and Support: Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
* Companionship: Be a friendly face and a comforting presence
* Live-in Care: Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most
* Promoting Independence: Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with autonomy
* Medication Support: Ensure safe and timely administration of medication
* Specialist Clinical Care: Handle complex clinical needs with expertise
* Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate care during life’s most challenging moments
Requirements
We seek individuals who have:
* A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
* The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
* A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
* The right to work in the UK
* Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
