Overview
Disrepair Surveyor — Interim Disrepair Surveyor. General day to day duties of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor role will include:
* Conducting surveys of housing stock to assess defects and condition of works.
* Writing specifications for the property.
* Manage contractors throughout works. Liaise closely with tenants and manage their expectations, ensuring convenient and high calibre customer service throughout.
* Preparation of detailed specifications and contract documentation.
* Drafting programmes and cost profiles of repairs and minor works.
Ideal Candidate
* Have experience with Disrepair Surveying
* Be educated to at least HNC in a Building related subject
* Have experience of monitoring programmes and managing planned maintenance of Housing Stock
* Have knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, CDM regulations and Building Regulations
