Directorate
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transformational Change Administration Co-Ordinator to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of transformational change across the University. You will provide dedicated administrative support to the People Business & Governance Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of project plans and operational activities.
What you will be doing:
1. Coordinate and maintain dynamic project plans for transformational change initiatives.
2. Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions.
3. Liaise with stakeholders, including Trade Unions and People Delivery workstreams, to ensure timely progress.
4. Prepare reports, collate workforce data, and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Support recruitment and selection processes linked to transformational change.
6. Work collaboratively across People, Culture and Wellbeing teams to ensure effective communication and delivery.
Qualifications/ experience:
7. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in data management.
9. Skilled in coordinating committees and producing accurate minutes.
10. Able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels.
11. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
