This position involves delivering timely and well-organised administrative support, taking a proactive and broad view of site needs, and using initiative to address evolving requirements. Responsibilities may be shared across individuals depending on site priorities, and the role includes identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance overall effectiveness The Role Key duties include managing site security administration, fulfilling receptionist tasks aligned with site needs, and supporting occupational health requirements through effective documentation and coordination. The role also involves handling banking and cash management, facilitating communication and engagement across the site, and leading charitable and community initiatives as the designated champion. Ensuring timely provision of necessary facilities is a core responsibility, alongside offering flexible support for ad hoc administrative tasks to maintain full and effective business operations. Additionally, the role provides tailored administrative assistance for site-specific requirements, contributing to a cohesive and well-managed environment.
