CK Group are recruiting for a Tax Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role can be either fully remote or hybrid working in either Burgess Hill or Welwyn Garden City.
Salary:
£500 - £600 pd PAYE or £663.19 - £795.82 via Umbrella
Tax Manager Role:
* Partner with the UK&I Tax Director to provide expert tax guidance and strategic support
* Oversee the integrity of the tax control framework and procedures
* Manage and ensure adherence to Group transfer pricing methodologies and implement Group tax strategies
* Support the Tax Director in maintaining the relationship with UK/Irish Tax Authorities
* Oversee tax-related processes for group and statutory accounts reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Your Background:
* Hold a relevant financial qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CTA
* Extensive tax experience gained within a multinational organization
* Experience in Transfer Pricing, UK R&D Tax Credits, and/or Irish taxes is highly advantageous.
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to articulate complex tax concepts clearly and concisely to non-tax stakeholders and senior leadership
