Market Access Director, UK & ROI - Permanent Position

Your new role
As Market Access Director you will be responsible for:
1. Execution and implementation of UK and ROI national market access strategies for early and late-stage products, including health technology assessments (HTA) submissions and pricing negotiations
2. Develop and manage external stakeholder plans and relationships
3. Develop and implement local market access strategies, framework and tactics to ensure optimal market access upon successful HTA outcomes.
4. Support EMEA business development projects with input for UK and ROI pricing and reimbursement opportunities
What are we looking for?
5. Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences/Economics
6. Demonstration of high performance in a scientific communications role.
7. Desirable qualifications and education: · Post Graduate degree in Health Economics
8. In depth HEOR knowledge and experience
9. Proven ability to achieve reimbursement via all UK & ROI HTA bodies
10. Good project and line management skills
11. In depth understanding of all external stakeholders and access process at national and regional level Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix environment
12. Strategic mindset and hands-on approach
13. Flexible and adaptable to meet departmental and organisational needs.
14. Awareness of the legal and ethical issues affecting the provision of pipeline information
15. In depth knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and compliance requirements
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. Strong critical and independent thinking with effective team working skills.
18. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent knowledge of therapy areas and products across the 2 business groups
