Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Durham.
12 month Fixed Term Contract. Can lead to a permanent position for the right candidates.
About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established and reputable organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. What You’ll Be Doing
1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries
2. Completing transactions and maintaining accurate digital and manual records
3. Managing daily workloads to meet deadlines
4. Escalating non-routine queries appropriately
5. Collaborating with team members to support overall performance
6. Providing general administrative support
7. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Proven ability to work effectively in a team or structured environment
11. Good organisational and time management skills
12. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
13. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Shifts: 9:00–11:00am starts to 14:30–16:30pm finishes (27.5 hours a week) including weekends. 3-5 weekends over an 8 week period (can be consecutive or spaced out depending on Business needs.
