About the role:
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to make a genuine difference in schools across Kingswinford?
Smile Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our trusted network, supporting a range of primary schools in the local area.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments, following lesson plans and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, helping every child feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a positive impact in each school you support.
* Uphold school policies and always prioritise safeguarding.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
* Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
* Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
