IT Support Analyst – £35,000 - £40,000 pa Benefits
JNC are working with a respected professional services organisation based in London that is looking for a IT Support Analyst to join on a permanent basis and work on their growing support team.
The role will focus on providing a mixture of remote and deskside support to the clients core user base.
Skills & Experience:
* ITIL exposure
* 1st and 2nd line support experience.
* Windows 10, o365, Teams and Active Directory
* Hardware and Software support.
* Telephone, Email and deskside support
