Business Analyst (Contract) - TMS / Supply Chain
I am looking for a Business Analyst to assist with the implementation of a Transport Management System (TMS). Operating within an Agile digital delivery team, you will bridge the gap between complex logistics operations and technical development to ensure a seamless rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Mapping: Lead workshops to define \"As-Is\" and \"To-Be\" states for complex transport workflows.
* Requirements: Translate stakeholder needs into high-quality user stories with clear, testable Acceptance Criteria.
* Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and model solutions that align with wider business objectives.
* Agile Delivery: Active participation in all ceremonies, managing backlogs within Jira and Confluence.
Essential Experience:
* TMS Implementation: Proven track record of delivering at least one major Transport Management System project.
* Supply Chain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in logistics, distribution, or supply chain is essential.
* Seniority: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
* Tooling: Expert proficiency in Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
* Communication: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
