Operational Resilience Analyst

We're looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join our team and help us strengthen how we prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
The Role
As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you'll support the delivery of our Operational Resilience Policy and Framework in line with PRA and FCA requirements. Working closely with the Operational Resilience Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll help embed resilience across the business, ensuring that critical services remain robust, compliant, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities
Support reviews of Important Business Services (IBS), including risk assessments, dependency mapping, and setting impact tolerances.
Contribute to the design and delivery of resilience testing, training, and exercising programmes .
Monitor and report on Operational Resilience activities, producing insightful dashboards on KPIs and KRIs for senior leadership.
Assist with the annual Operational Resilience Self-Assessment for the executive board.
Support assurance over third parties, including suppliers, brokers, and outsourced service providers.
Act as a point of contact for resilience queries, helping embed a resilience-first culture across the organisation.
Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Operational Resilience frameworks and regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills – able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
