We’re a small, family-run Domino’s franchise group with over 20 years of experience, proudly serving our communities across North Wales. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join one of our four current locations — with an exciting new store opening soon!
About the Role:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales performance during your shifts. You won’t be responsible for hiring staff, but you will lead by example to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Evening and weekend work is required, with flexible hours designed to fit the needs of our business and team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Domino’s or strong familiarity with its operations is highly preferred
Previous hospitality or retail management experience a plus
A passion for people, teamwork, and delivering great customer experiences
Ability to manage inventory and meet sales targets
Reliability, loyalty, and integrity in your work ethic
