Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in managing sales administration and overseeing financial processes. Key Responsibilities Proactively chase and follow up on quotations. Gather necessary information to prepare and issue quotations. Send quotations to clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Manage invoicing processes using Xero. Perform credit checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screenings for new customers. Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email. Prepare and distribute weekly debtors reports and internal financial updates. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities. Manage the general inbox and ensure timely responses to correspondence. Handle office telephone inquiries and route calls appropriately. Support with general administrative duties and office management tasks as required. Location Our modern offices are conveniently located in Oval, London Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
