Location: Fully Remote AXA Entity: AXA UK Hours of work: 37.5 Project AXA UK is undertaking a strategic initiative to simplify its Active Directory (AD) landscape by transitioning to Global Directories and decommissioning the various local AD domains currently in place. Users have migrated to the Global Workplace and applications have migrated to Cloud, so the AD Convergence Programme can now initiate the clean-up and removal of legacy local AD domains. The AD Convergence Programme includes the following key activities: Planning and executing removal of user accounts, AD groups, and associated group memberships from local AD domains Identifying any remaining dependencies on local AD domains, such as applications that continue to use local AD for authentication Identifying any gaps in existing plans and scoping additional work required to fully decommission the local AD domains. Role Hybrid data analyst / project manager Tasks Analyse data to confirm which AD objects can be removed (in conjunction with technical staff and business users) Prepare data for Production changes to remove the group memberships / AD groups and user accounts Provide up to date weekly progress reports, escalate any issues, blockers and/or risks that need senior focus What you'll bring Ability to rapidly understand, assimilate, and analyse data Results and delivery focused with project management skills Stakeholder management - liaise with business users, application teams and technical staff Team-oriented individual with effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
