Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who’s passionate about delivering excellent service, solving problems, and supporting our customers every day. What you'll do: Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to customers via phone and email. Manage orders and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy within our SLAs. Keep customers updated on stock, pricing, and delivery details. Process special customer orders (including Amazon) and coordinate shipping paperwork. Take payments over the phone and assist with account queries. Work closely with sales reps — preparing stock reports and supporting pricing updates. Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that meet customer needs. Help improve our customer experience by gathering and acting on feedback (NPS). Help with our sustainability drive by maintaining our database What you'll bring: A friendly, customer-first approach with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Experience in customer service, order processing, or B2B sales support. Confidence using CRM or ERP systems (experience with EDI is a plus).
