Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Executive who's passionate about delivering excellent service, solving problems, and supporting our customers every day.

What you'll do:
* Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to customers via phone and email.
* Manage orders and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy within our SLAs.
* Keep customers updated on stock, pricing, and delivery details.
* Process special customer orders (including Amazon) and coordinate shipping paperwork.
* Take payments over the phone and assist with account queries.
* Work closely with sales reps — preparing stock reports and supporting pricing updates.
* Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
* Help improve our customer experience by gathering and acting on feedback (NPS).
* Help with our sustainability drive by maintaining our database
What you'll bring:
* A friendly, customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Experience in customer service, order processing, or B2B sales support.
* Confidence using CRM or ERP systems (experience with EDI is a plus).
