: To carry out operational tasks within the warehouse department.
:
1. To perform warehouse operations including the picking of product, goods inward and dispatch including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
2. To perform reconciliation and destruction operations including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures.
3. To maintain/improve the appearance and cleanliness of both warehouses.
4. To complete all duties under warehouse ownership, such being cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc.
5. To read and record temperature monitors on receipt and communicate to relevant parties.
6. To document any changes to controlled areas by the log book system.
7. To assist with the maintenance of equipment.
8. To comply with the Company’s Health and Safety standards.
9. From time to time, the above listed duties may be undertaken at PCI Stamullen. In such cases the person will be responsible for ensuring they are properly trained in the local procedures and that their training record is maintained and up to date.
10. The scope of the activities undertaken at PCI Stamullen is limited to projects managed or distributed from the PCI Bridgend facility.

11. Shipments are received and booked in within a timely manner.
12. Dispatched products accurately and on time.

14. Returned product is reconciled accurately and in-line with the department KPI’s.
15. All shipping materials are available when required.

16. Maths and English Language in GCSEs or equivalent is essential.

17. Previous Pharmaceutical experience desirable.

19. IT literate with good knowledge of Sage, excel, word and internet functionality
