Are you a confident KS2 teacher looking for a flexible, rewarding role? New Directions is recruiting an Upper KS2 teacher for an outstanding primary school in Salford. This part-time position (1–3 days per week) offers the chance to make a real impact in the classroom, helping pupils thrive academically and personally. The School:

The Role:
4. Plans and delivers engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet the KS2 curriculum, supporting pupils’ academic progress across core and foundation subjects.
5. Assesses learning regularly, provides constructive feedback, and adapts teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and backgrounds.
6. Creates a safe, well-managed classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, wellbeing, and pupils’ personal and social development.
The Candidate:
7. Holds QTS and has been teaching for a minimum of 2 years
8. Experience working within Upper KS2
