Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Birmingham, B18
Salary: £25,400 per annum
Contract: 6 months (with the potential for a permanent role)
A rapidly expanding multi-national Engineering business based in the B18 area of Birmingham is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative contracts team. This position is initially offered as a 6-month contract with a credible opportunity for permanent placement for a suitable candidate.
As part of a supportive and efficient team in a fast-paced office environment, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining internal systems and records up to date following job completion.
Preparing and dispatching final documents to clients.
Verifying job details and pursuing any missing information.
Providing administrative support including filing, data entry, and general assistance to the team.
Addressing basic client inquiries regarding completed work.
Assisting in invoice preparation and generating simple reports.
The ideal candidate will possess:
IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Previous office-based customer service experience, including speaking with customers & suppliers etc. (although not essential, as training will be provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude to tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach.
Strong English and Mathematics skills
