The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload and work within a supportive and forward-thinking team. Handling your own caseload from instruction to post-completion Managing a variety of transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, leasehold/freehold, transfers of equity and shared ownership Dealing with both registered and unregistered titles Supporting clients with matters involving attorneys, trusts, matrimonial aspects and estates Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction Working with a full-time conveyancing assistant to maintain excellent service standards Providing occasional technical support to junior team members Ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements Participating in business development and maintaining professional relationships You Are you looking for a role where your experience is valued and your development is supported?
