The Branch Manager role is situated on the Lancashire / Yorkshire borders, set in a picturesque location, and is suitable for a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager seeking their next career step or an existing Valuer or Branch Manager.
Working hours:
* Monday – Friday
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
* A basic salary up to £35,000
* Individual and Team Commission with on-target earnings of £45,000
* Business Mileage paid
* Free Parking provided
* Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you must have:
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
* Strong listing experience and a proven track record
* Full UK driving license and access to your own car
* Willingness to support and grow the team while helping them hit/exceed targets
* Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal
* Passion for property
* Local area knowledge (preferred)
