Key Responsibilities:
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team while developing your leadership experience:
7. Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
8. Leading sections confidently during service
9. Assisting with preparation for restaurant, café, and event service
10. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
11. Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
12. Helping train and guide junior team members
