We're looking for a dynamic Senior Business Change Leadto define and deliver the business change strategy for IELTS across Cambridge English. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and people development to drive meaningful transformation across a global organisation.

About the role
As Senior Business Change Lead, you will:
* Drive Strategic Change: Define and execute a comprehensive business change strategy aligned with Cambridge English's strategic goals.
* Lead Impactful Initiatives: Assess and implement new business processes and technologies, shaping the future operating model and organisational design.
* Ensure Smooth Transitions: Design and deliver change interventions that support the adoption and embedding of new tools and processes.
* Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute a stakeholder management strategy across Cambridge English and the IELTS Partner network.
* Develop Change Capability: Mentor and manage business change managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.
About you
You are a strategic thinker with a strong ability to align long-term change strategies with organisational goals. Your leadership experience includes mentoring and managing teams, as well as influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You bring deep expertise in change management, including conducting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and delivering effective communications. Your project management skills are well-developed, ideally supported by MSP and PRINCE2 qualifications. You are passionate about innovation and collaboration, and you empower others to succeed. You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt well to changing priorities, and are committed to delivering high standards through effective problem-solving and teamwork.
