We’re looking for an experienced Principal Medical Writer who’s ready to go beyond words on a page - someone who can combine scientific rigour with creative thinking to shape impactful campaigns and strategies for pharmaceutical clients, with a focus on the imminent launch of a new treatment for Alzheimer's.
What you’ll do:
✳️ Create high-quality, scientifically accurate content across medical education, promotional, and digital platforms.
✳️ Translate complex science into clear, engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
✳️ Contribute to brand strategy, ensuring scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.
✳️ Conduct research to uncover insights that drive content and campaign development.
✳️ Collaborate with creative teams to bring science to life in innovative ways.
✳️ Build strong client relationships, presenting scientific and strategic concepts with clarity and confidence.
We're looking for a person with:
* A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
* Proven experience in medical writing, ideally within a healthcare communications agency.
* Familiarity with brand strategy and enthusiasm for contributing to creative campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex concepts.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Salary: £65k-£75k plus bonus and superb benefits.
