The Wilf Ward Family Trust is a well-established, values-driven charity, and we're excited to welcome Support Workers to our passionate team in Scarborough. You'll support individuals to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.
This is a varied and rewarding role. Some days are calm, while others are busy and fast-paced — and that variety is what makes the role meaningful and fulfilling.
Shift patterns include:
Day shifts
Night shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Waking night shifts
Every other weekend working
What Will Your Day Look Like?
At the heart of everything we do is person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will:
Support individuals to socialise and take part in community activities
Provide practical and personal care, including household tasks
Support with life skills such as shopping and money management
Deliver individualised support plans that promote independence
Provide emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance

No Experience Needed
You don't need previous experience — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
