We are well established busy, friendly team of 10 working across the south coast of the UK, we cover a variety of electrical and fire alarm work for property management companies. This role will have use of a company vehicle and work across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
The role will ensure the buildings we maintain are safe and operational through routine maintenance, repairs, and installations, focusing on preventative measures and quick problem resolution.
The core responsibilities are:
* Safety checks and inspections
* Preventative Maintenance
* Troubleshooting and repair
* Installation and wiring
* Record Keeping
* Working with tools
* Following safety protocols
You will need to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and clients with regard to maintenance issues requirements.
We will ensure you stay up to date with the latest training and technologies with ongoing training and development
The role is full time Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 on site and 08:00 to 15:30 on a Friday
