Reporting to the Repairs & Maintenance Service Manger you will be part of a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance team providing an effective, customer focused service at all times.
You will do this by working closely with customers, work operatives and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a first class, professional and efficient scheduling of repairs is provided to our customers.
The workload is varied and rewarding.
Candidate Requirements
A hardworking individual with a passion for professionalism and the ability to remain calm and clear-thinking when under pressure, the post holder will require excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet targets, timescales and deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment. The successful applicant for the role must be disciplined, IT literate, flexible and have the ability to appreciate the bigger picture.
