Key Responsibilities: Precision machining using manual lathe, milling, turning, and grinding machines Perform bench fitting, fault finding, and tool assembly in confined spaces Maintain and improve die & trim tool condition for production efficiency Manufacture and repair fixtures and jigs Support fabrication teams and sheet metal operations Carry out welding and minor fabrication tasks as part of tool repairs Drive continuous improvement in tooling performance Liaise with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issuesRequired Experience: Ideally background in manual machining: turning, milling, grinding Hands-on experience with welding and sheet metal fabrication Skilled in stripping and assembling dies, trim tools, and press tools Prior work in a tool room or heavy industrial manufacturing ...
