We are looking for a talented individual to join our Corporate Planning Team as a Major Trauma Network Planning Manager. Reporting to the Depute Director of Planning you will provide planning support to the West of Scotland Trauma Network, linked to the West of Scotland Major Trauma Centre (MTC) for adults at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) and children at the Royal Hospital for Children (RHC).
We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds with a proven track record in planning/strategy work whether from the public sector or consultancy background. Healthcare/NHS experience is a plus but not essential. You might already be in an operational / managerial role or looking to step into your next planning position.
You will be experienced in developing planning frameworks ensuring principles of good governance are embedded. You will act as the senior planning support to the West of Scotland Trauma Network in their coordination of the service across the Region, providing a comprehensive planning support and coordination role, and supporting the development of future service plans for the West of Scotland Trauma Service.
This role will require someone to work independently across the organisation and with wider WoS Boards, and with our leaders and teams to support and manage the ongoing development and delivery of the MTC Network.
