Job Summary
Our clients are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, customising, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 CE solutions
2. Configure and customise D365 CE applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
3. Develop and implement workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and integrations with other systems
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
5. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
