Job Description:
Working in partnership with the National Operations Director, the Client Relationship Manager will focus on providing the highest strategic level relationship for one of our main dual service retail clients working across cleaning and security.
The role of Client Relationship Manager involves field accompaniment to drive the performance of operations and contract support staff. The candidate should demonstrate a hands-on approach and conduct close analysis of the business, producing operating strategies for each shopping centre and retail park within the portfolio.
As Client Relationship Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Being an escalation point for senior members of allocated contracts, developing and maintaining relationships at senior level.
2. Delivering in line with contract framework agreements and achieving all goals as outlined within the contract and tender submission.
3. Overall accountability for budgets and finance delivery, including annual budget reviews with stakeholders across shopping centres and retail parks.
4. Ensuring high service delivery and QA/KPI scores across all locations.
5. Conducting annual contract reviews, incorporating innovation and customer satisfaction.
6. Undertaking site visits to assess standards and conduct quality audits.
7. Ensuring regional teams adhere to client-specific requirements beyond KPIs.
Candidate attributes include:
1. Strong communication skills with Director and MD level clients.
2. Proactive approach to identify and address service issues early.
3. Management and mentoring skills for developing teams.
4. Capability in commercial analysis and resolution proposals.
5. Ability to multitask and operate under pressure.
6. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
7. Previous senior management experience in FM/Retail or B2B environments.
8. Proven management experience in high-value, multi-contract environments.
9. Track record of performance growth.
10. Valid driving license.
