Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Completing DSEAR risk assessments and compliance activities
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers
* Reviewing and producing explosion safety strategies
* Developing and producing processes and policy documentation for the site
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in explosion safety engineering and hazard analysis methods
* Experience in DSEAR risk assessment, hazard identification, and analysis, preferably in high hazard industries
* Thorough understanding of Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) and proven track record in implementing business processes
* Degree in a STEM discipline
* Experience with COMAH Safety Case support
* Site Asset Protection and Fire Safety Engineering experience
