Customer Service Executive Based in Ballyclare, my client is a leading and innovative company who provide comprehensive customer service and support to their customer base for their range of products. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. With a salary of £27,000 per annum. Job Role: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the company's customer base, as well as supporting the GB sales team with various administrative duties. This opportunity would also suit a recent graduate who is keen to gain business experience within the construction sector. Essential Criteria: Experience of working within a customer service role. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills both written, verbal and over email, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Update internal IT systems to reflect customer orders (full training provided). Provide administrative support to GB sales team.
