The Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services Recruitment) will lead client partnerships and drive delivery across Public Sector and Not-for-Profit clients. With a strong platform behind you, including dedicated BD and research support, you’ll focus on high-impact placements while shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion.

You Will Need
* 4 - 10 years of experience in 360 agency recruitment
* Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
* Public sector client experience
* Proven billings of £250k+
* Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
* A growth mindset with ambition to progress into leadership
