Combined Job Description: Utility Warehouse Partner & Wellbeing Support Officer


Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals from BlueLight, Military, or NHS backgrounds to join our team as an Authorised Utility Warehouse Partner and Trojan Wellbeing Peer Support Officer. This dual role involves promoting utility services while providing peer support and guidance to community members, fostering a culture of wellbeing and resilience.


Key Responsibilities

* Utility Partnership Duties:
o Promote Utility Services: Actively promote and introduce Utility Warehouse services, including energy, broadband, and mobile services, to both existing and potential customers.
o Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the community to expand the utility service reach.
o Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.
o Peer Support: Offer emotional and practical support to individuals in the community, particularly those facing challenges related to mental health and wellbeing.
o Workshops and Events: Organise and facilitate workshops, events, and activities focused on mental health awareness and resilience‑building.
o Resource Provision: Connect individuals with relevant resources, services, and support networks within the community.
o Advocacy: Champion the importance of mental wellbeing and advocate for community members in need of support.
* Qualifications and Skills:
o Background: Experience in BlueLight services, military, or NHS environments is highly preferred.
o Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse groups effectively.
o Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to empathise with others and provide supportive guidance.
o Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of network marketing principles, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
o Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
